TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHMATCH LLC PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
